Make sure your loan forgiveness is filed

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is looking to remind business to correctly file for PPP loan forgiveness.  


There are currently over 8500 businesses in the Bay Area that received under $100K in a PPP loan that have not yet filed correctly for forgiveness, and are listed as defaulted on their loans. SBA will have to report these businesses to the IRS on March 4, 2024. 


This is only for businesses that have a PPP loan under $100K. 


You must file for forgiveness by March 3rd if you have not done so already. See the flyer below for more information. SBA can assist anyone in applying for forgiveness if needed.
